"It Takes Money To Make Money"
We just had to pass up an opportunity to make an immediate $5,400 for lack of Operating Capital. We had a call from one of the "East Coast" Slaughter Houses wanting immediate shipment of 60 to 80 pound Kid Goats & Lambs and they would wire the total invoice immediately upon picture proof that we had the animals "on-hand" and ready to ship. We then had to turn down an opportunity to buy 300 60 to 80 pound Kid Goats & Lambs because of "NO MONEY". That's a bad position to be in. I don't like it, so, let's partner up to do something about it.
Also, we are having to turn down opportunities to buy Kid Goats and Sheep for our "Feeder Program" simply because we lack money. We currently have the "Feeder Program" set up and going well with Investor participation, but we need more capital to make it work much better. Our projections indicate that a NET PROFIT of $55,000 to $83,000 can be made on an investment of $100,000, buying Kid Goats and Sheep NOW and selling them for the traditionally much higher December prices. That's a return of 55% to 83% in four months. That's why I'm willing to "pay through the nose" for partner money, right now. Read on. When you choose to be our partner, you will also be able to invite those you know to do the same and receive a reward from us, a 10% Commission, for introducing a new Partner to us.
Partner Opportunities
(1) Invest $1,500 (or multiples) in our Business Agreement to own 10, or more, of our Feeder Goats and Sheep. That also pays for the "Feed & Care" of the animals until we sell them. You will then receive a pro-rated 50% share of the profit when we sell the animals in December and April. The initial issue for this offer is for 500 Feeder Goats and Sheep, a total investment of $75,000. Future issues will probably only receive 40% of the profit when we sell.. (2) We will also offer up to $25,000 of Preferred Stock in our company in denominations of five Preferred Shares for $500. It provides a 15% Dividend which must be paid ahead of any Distribution to any of the Common Stockholders or Board of Directors. One of our investors stated that he thinks that anyone who wants to invest in our Stock, Loan Agreement, or Feeder Goats and Sheep could transfer 401K money, or other retirement funds to this investment without it being a taxable event. GOOD REPORT
All of the Feeder Goats & Sheep we have processed so far have arrived during a Record Setting Heat Wave in Northeast Oklahoma; and yet, Martin Landeros, our manager, has had very little death loss. That's remarkable. The heat is gone, so now, we will really concentrate on "piling the weight on" the little boys and girls to maximize profits in December and April.
