Certification
All Goats and Sheep from Boer Meat Goats LLC are Certified Healthy when you
buy them. We guarantee their health for
10 days. We reimburse the
purchase price or replace any goat that dies
because of health.
We recommend that you follow our
"Total Health Program®"
and use
"Kangen Water®",
keeping the pH of their water at 8.5. We are now keeping our goats worm free
without DRUG wormers and we will document this fact through a study being
conducted by Langston University.
Our goats are all shipped with the Oklahoma Scrapie Program ear tags, furnished by USDA.
At Boer Meat Goats LLC we
understand that the only profitable goat is a healthy goat. We check
carefully for worms and parasites and other health problems. We give the entire herd
our
"Total Health Program®"
and
"Kangen Water®",
all natural supplements to maintain health and
avoid problems before they occur. If a
goat is found to have running eyes, a running nose, scours, wounds, weight loss,
or lack of energy, we deal with the problem immediately so it doesn't get worse.
When we encounter a health condition that
we suspect might affect the rest of the herd it is immediately taken to the
Hospital Pen.
Goats requiring special attention are separated immediately so that we can watch
them more closely.
All goats going to states which require blood testing to certify that they are free of Brucellosis and, or, testing for Tuberculosis; they will be tested at the buyers expense. Oklahoma has been declared as a "Free State" by the USDA for Brucellosis and Tuberculosis, free for more than ten years, so we believe this requirement is a total waste of your money.
