Health testing requirements vary from state to state.  Below is a list of the tests required by each state.  For more specific information about an individual state click hereAll goats going to states which require blood testing to certify that they are free of Tuberculosis and Brucellosis; they will be tested at the buyers expense.

AL: Scabies, lice, foot rot, scrapie, blue tongue, (also need individual ID)
AR: Certificate of Veterinary Inspection, Scrapie (if with sheep) No abscesses or  infectious diseases.
AZ: Import permit 602-542-4293 and health certificate (bluetongue & scrapie on certificate)

HI: Certificate of Veterinary Inspection w/ Statement-Free of external parasites; Scrapies ID tags, Brucellosis, TB; Dipped or sprayed with a USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service approved pesticide under veterinary supervision.
